Slide show in overlap dissolve mode
When showing slides with a single projector, a short dark interval between slide changes is unavoidable. The overlap dissolve projection eliminates these problems because two projectors are always operating in turn.

The Triac component and the electronic control make it possible to eliminate these changes. The pictures dissolve gently into each other and the continuity and coherence of a picture sequence is maintailned.

For overlap dissolve projection, you require two PAXIMAT MULTIMAG slide projectors with stepless brightness control and a dissolve unit.

When preparing some slides for overlap dissolve projection, you should ensure that they are always either in the horizontal or in the upright position. Frequent changes from one slide position to the other in your slide sequence shoult at least be avoided.

Paximat Multimag DUO A 350

An overlap dissolve unit with a large number of controlling possibilities. It makes your slide show runs fully automatically whereby slide changing at intervals of approx. 3 to 99 seconds can be pre-set precisely with a large LED indicator. By menas of two turnig knobs the fade-in and fade-out phases for the two projectors can be pre-set between approx. 2 and 15 secconds. With the flash key a range of interesting operational possiblities is feasible. Slide changing and dissolving can also be manually controlled by the means of tow sliding knobs. If you let it run automatically, the DUO A 350 is just indispensable. With an impulse unit you can record impulse onto a corresponding tape/cassette recorder.
